Nursery Registration and Fees
All prospective parents/carers are invited to visit the nursery and will be given a registration pack to complete. Places are allocated on a first come first served basis initially. In the event of a waiting list parent/carers must still complete a registration form and forward it to the manager.
When offered a place the parent/carer will have an induction with the manager where they will be given more information regarding the nursery and can discuss further needs for their child. They will also meet their child’s key person during the settling in period.
The parent / carer will be asked to sign a contract with the nursery confirming the days their child is attending and agree to abide by all the nursery policies.
All fees are payable in advance by direct debit (though other methods of payment in advance are negotiable). In the event of your child being absent from the nursery for any reason, the session must still be paid for. A notice period * will be required,
- if you reduce your child’s hours
- if you wish to withdraw your child
- and for holidays
The notice period is set at one month. To keep the registration/place open, parents/carers will be requested to pay 50% of fees for the holiday period (this is based upon a maximum of 4 weeks per year.
